Rejected GR 6.4 + UB Driving | 102634

Dear Admins,
As you can see in the POV, player 102634 arrested me for reckless driving and did the RP procedure but he didn`t ask me that" if I wanted a attorney or not"
clearly violating GR 6.4. Also at the time stamp of 3:29 a person gave demand of pull up and then player 102634 didn`t stop also with a 10-15 she crossed the speed limit and with a sports car she climbed a small hill part, destroying barricades at the timestamp of 3:36.
I request the admins to look on to this matter.

Since i was involved in the sit i can talk ( im 102634) - first off its a full ic matter. Secondly i dont need to ask u for lawyer i just have to tell u ur rights and then u have to ask me for lawyer XD. If i dont provide lawyer thats gr 6.4.

At 3:34 of the pov he speaks but his voice isnt recorded. pov shouldnt be accepted

Here is the proof of him speaking that didnt get recorded in his pov. So should be unacceptable evidence.
+ The "hill" is nothing and i crossed it smoothly without any ub'ness so to say.
