I was chasing player (214011) when player (204350) committed VDM at the exact moment I aimed my stun gun at (214011), clearly helping him escape (timestamp 01:21).
At timestamp 01:31, player (214011) violated G.R. 6.2 by entering a house interior to avoid RP and evade arrest.
