Organisation Conducting the Event:
Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
Event Details:
The city is facing a very critical situation: several crime organisations have kidnapped the Governor, beating him and causing him to lose a lot of blood, while attaching a bomb to his body. His life — and the security of the state — is in extreme danger.
STORYLINE:
The governor was kidnapped and taken to a location within the Capitol, although the exact location is not disclosed.
He is: Bleeding heavily, attached to an explosive device, running out of time
The leader of the gang gets captured by LEOs but refuses to talk without proper interrogation.
TIME LIMITS:
30 minutes → The bomb is to be located and diffused.
40 minutes → Medically stabilise and save the Governor.
If either timer runs out → the Gangs win.
Event Order:
1. Locate the Gangs
LEOs search the city, raid gang hideouts, and follow clues.
Crime organisations try to distract, mislead, and protect the location of the Governor.
Capture & Interrogate the Gang Leader
Once the gang leader is captured, LEOs take him to an interrogation room.

/me injects truth serum into the gang leader.
/do The serum forces truthful answers only.

3. Bomb Defusal Operation
Upon arrival, the bomb squad finds a device strapped to the Governor.

Bomb RP Commands:
/me examines the bomb carefully
/do You see three wires: Red, Blue, Yellow.
/me starts cutting the correct wire
/me attempts to disable the detonator
/ Bomb Diffused Successfully

Rescue continues if the bomb is diffused within 30 minutes.
If not → Gangs win.
4. EMS Medical Rescue
The Governor is badly injured and bleeding.

Medical RP Commands:
/me checks the Governor's pulse and breathing
/do He is unconscious and bleeding heavily.
/me applies pressure to wounds and starts IV fluids
/me performs emergency medical procedures to stabilize him
/do -condition improving

If EMS stabilizes him in under 40 minutes, he survives.
If they fail → gangs win.

Role of Each Organization:
LEOs:
Their objective is to protect the convoy and successfully deliver the serum to NG Base.
Gangs:
Their objective is to eliminate all LEOs and capture the convoy truck carrying the serum.
Other Organizations Involved:

Vehicles / Weapons Needed:
Vehicles:
Jugulars (for both LEOs and gangs)
Weapons:
Primary: AR Carbine Rifle
No Revolver / Circum / LMG / Heavy Shotgun / Snipers
Armor: 1 Armor per participant
Ammo:
LEOs: 1000 AR Ammo
Gangs: 1000 AR Ammo
Admin Requirements:
Admins will spawn cars as required for both sides.
Admins will give LSPD uniform to all LEOs participating.
Admins will monitor the entire event for fairness.
Admins will spawn 2 Oppressors for the EMS Leader and Deputy to monitor the event.
Admins gonna kill everyone if they failed to diffuse the bomb and gang members win.
Rules of the Event:
Common Rules (CR) and VDM are strictly not allowed.
No patching teammates from either side.
No personal weapons or armor.
No respawning after death.
No painted weapons.
No barricades or spike strips.
No drugs or juices.
No car ramming.
No shooting at tires or fuel tanks.
Winning Conditions:
Leos: If Bomb is diffused, Governor is medically rescued ,A gang leader is arrested
GANGS :If Bomb detonates: EMS Unable to Save Governor
Prize for the Winner:
Winning Team: $500,000 .
