Introduction of EMS
The Emergency Medical Service (EMS) is a state health care system that takes responsibility for medically under the premise "first aid and then transportation" for patients and injured people to hospitals. At times, it has also been a producer of medical supplies, which are manufactured in its laboratory. This health care system performs health inspections, vaccinations, and other government activities.
All the personnel belonging to the EMS have an obligation to provide medically-related services to citizens of the state without cutting the benefits according to their gender, race, nationality, language, origin, property and official status, place of residence, religious beliefs, membership in public groups, or other factors. They also have to support all organisations irrespective of their legal structure, ownership, area, or any other factors, except when the life of an EMS worker is in jeopardy. A person has the right to decline medical service, and EMS will comply with such a decision.
**Ambulance Service (AS/GS)**
The first aid department in the emergency medical service is in charge of treating wounded people in the whole San Andreas area. Among the services offered by the Air Rescue Department (ARD), which is a part of GS, first aid and rescue in the difficult-to-reach zones are included. The whole department is led by the Head of the Ambulance Service.
The order of precedence in GS, flat out from the top down, is: Head of AS, Dean of AS, ARO Officer, Lead Paramedic, Paramedic, Assistant Paramedic, EMT, Junior EMT, and First Responder.
**Medical Department (MD/HS)**
The medical department of EMS is in charge of medical care, for diagnosis, vaccination, prescribing medications, and selling health insurance at the medical centres. It has two locations for operation, which are Sandy Shores Hospital and Pillbox Hill Medical Centre. The Head of the Medical Department is the authority.
The hierarchy for HS from highest to lowest is as follows: Head of HS, Dean of HS, Lead Surgeon, Surgeon, Assistant Surgeon, Doctor, Nurse, and Intern.
**Training Department (FTO)**
This Department is in charge of the entire process, which includes providing, training, managing, and administering exams for the students; rehabilitating the unfit personnel who went through the disciplinary process; giving the FTOs certification; and licensing the ARD officers.
The Division Chief of Training is the one who takes the lead.
The FTO is organised from the top down: Division Chief of Training, Head of Training, Dean of Training, FTO, and Trainee.
Lab
It is the one that ensures the most necessary medical supplies for Emergency Medical Service, Government, National Guard, Federal Investigation Bureau, Los Santos Police Department, and San Andreas Highway Patrol are produced and delivered timely manner.
The Chief and Deputy Chiefs are the ones in charge.
The order of Laboratory from top to bottom is: Pharmacist Asst, Senior Pharmacist, Pharmacist, Physicians Asst, Junior Physicians and Lab Technician.
Surgery Department
The whole team of doctors in the EMS manages this department, and every doctor has the ability for both surgery and treatment.
It is a united front of medical experts, guaranteeing full care for your healthcare needs.
EMS Psychiatric
With the city fighting against the consequences of rising criminality and the population suffering from it, we think that the moment is perfect for a transformation. This transformation will take place in the EMS Psychiatric Department. The “EMS-PSY '' will be created to assist all people of Los Santos. And it is not just those who can afford private counseling. This allows any citizen with health insurance to have the right and capability to get the support they need to cope with situations that may arise or simply to let the average worker have a conversation about a sixty-hour workweek.
The EMS-PSY will open up new opportunities for citizens to interact with each other, and also to be involved in making connections, while the actually getting the support from mental health professionals who are specifically trained.
Our organisation is currently experiencing a significant demand for night shift employees, specifically for Shift 4 and Shift 1. We offer a generous bonus structure, which can amount to up to $50,000 per hour, in addition to your IC paycheck.
EMS is currently hiring for all shifts with a strong emphasis on night shift workers:

Shift 2: 06:00 - 12:00

Minimum Requirements:
- Living for at least 3 years in the city
- Has no criminal record
- Possesses good English skills
- Has working vocal cords
- Doesn’t have crime-related tattoos (face-skull and hand-brick tattoos)
- Have Minimum knowledge of the state
