• I want to be leader of Ballas because I have even been deputy in every gang or under deputy I want to prove to myself and others I got what it takes to be leader
• Another reason I want to be leader cause I want to try and make Ballas on top and have a successful term where everyone can just have fun.
• Last reason I want to become leader I have played this game for a while now never been leader before I want to take that next chapter and become leader

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization. I will improve roleplay by attending every event and make sure bonuses are given out for whose who turns up to events and etc. I will also make interviews for everyone who wants to join and if they haven’t got no knowledge about gangs I will help them learns the rules and etc so they can have fun as well
