Leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have worked in many legal organizations and that has lead me to have good experience in leading events and leading my units to victory. I know how to lead the organization with the experience that I have gotten from other organizations and with that experience I know that I can show San Andreas Highway Patrols potential to other organizations.
2.2 I know and belive that if I get the chance to prove myself as a leader that I can show the potential of the organizations to the entire city. I have many people that follow me from organization to organization and with that I know that I can challange fib and lspd's numbers in situations and just basic activity.
2.3 I saw that SAHP has was struggling in the last term. If I become leader I will make SAHP the best organization that I can do. I will do everything in my power to make it the most active organization and not violated and break the rules.
2.4 I proved myself as the General in a term where I had same and even more numbers than FIB I truly believe that if I get the chance to prove myself I can even make SAHP better than the terms before and with very high activity.
2.5 I was in SAHP as Undersheriff and as I had that role I understood the responsibility of being leader/deputy. I saw many terms fail and many succeed with the things I saw I believe that I can take 30 days without getting a single verbal entire term.
2.6 Normally not everyone wants to join SAHP they would rather join LSPD or FIB. If I get the chance I can assure you that people would want to join SAHP more as I try my best to have fun in the organization and at the same time be professional and do our duty.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will make sure that all the organization members knows the basic rp rules and that they do proper rp at events like store robbery, hostage situation and more events to prevent them from getting individual,org and for them to improve their knowledge.
3.2 I will not allow favoritism regardless of friendships or reputation all members will be required to take the interview and pass the interviews. Ranks will be given based on performance in events, activity and if they have previous experience.
3.3 We will host multiple events for our members to enjoy the rp and have more fun in the organization. We will ask for their opinion and if they fell like it is boring or want to try something we will try to give them what they want. We will ask and take their opinion and change our mindset to make sure that they enjoy the RP more.
3.4 We will do as many ghetto patrols, border patrols, ghetto cleanings and more as we can so our troopers dont get bored and so they can stay energized and be happy in the organization
My goals:
Finish term with 0 warings/verbals.
Maintain a good and clean relationship with curator.
Maintaining a clean and healthy environment in the organization
