Additional information
1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. I entered the legal world during the 42nd term Rikz White when I joined the LSPD, and that moment shaped the rest of my journey. What started off as a simple step soon turned into something that I was proud of. The organization inculcated within me the principles of discipline, teamwork, and how to handle pressure out in the field. Later, when I earned my place in HRT, that motivation only grew stronger. Every challenge faced, every situation handled, pushed me to aim higher. With time, that dream of leading this organization stopped being merely an idea and became a goal to which I actually committed myself.
2.2. Working across various legal organizations has given me hands-on experience and built valuable relationships with individuals who take their job seriously. I had a chance to work with members from different legal Organizations, and those relationships have become a strong support system for me. I've also maintained professional communication with other leaders, something rather important for cooperation between organizations. Having a strong, dependable team by my side, my main focus will be to make sure Los Santos remains safe, active, and at the height of all standards at all times.
2.3. This understanding of the city doesn't just come from my time in leadership roles; it's the connection built over the years with its citizens. Most of them know me, and I am very confident they are going to support this journey and contribute to making a better term. With their trust, I hope to bring more activity, better professionalism, and much-needed direction to the town. My aspiration is not to be a leader but to build a term that really makes a difference in the community, leaving a positive mark on Los Santos.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1. I will ensure that my subordinates are professional, active, and aware of the role and responsibilities that come with being a Deputy, Chief of Staff, and High Command. Only those who can truly undertake the mantle of leadership and help the organization along will be selected and appointed. I will also work at developing sound relations with other organizations within the state, as inter-agency cooperation is vital in achieving a stable, effective, and fruitful term.
3.2. One of the biggest problems I've seen across many terms and organizations is favoritism. It hurts progress, demoralizes hardworking members, and brings in a culture of unfairness. I've witnessed people lose opportunities simply because someone else was favored. Under my leadership, this will not be tolerated. Every rank will be earned strictly through performance and dedication. Promotions will take place once a week during proper promotion ceremonies, and every decision will be based solely on a member's work, not on personal connections.
