I was Tracking these guys on my PDa , they were wanted especially ID 91833 , in the first clip you can see he is doing cl , when i asked him to stop few minutes later , this guy with id 91833 login again and when i tracked him i found him near the docks with his friend as he was wanted by the state his friend (ID107029) too tried to help him but i tazed him so he also did a CL , now this guy with the id 91833 is leaving the game whenever i tried to catch him.
