2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- A positive environment, I believe in the creation of an all-important good and nurturing space for members. People in positions of leadership, the leaders, should be ashowers of power, instead of being power themselves. Acknowledgement of every individual’s right to expression in such cells should be a given.
- Many players sign up for LSPD but quit when they don't see any advancement. To make members feel inspired and appreciated, I want to create clear career paths, equitable promotions, and specialised divisions ( SWAT, HR-T, IA, TE). The department as a whole gains strength when employees believe their efforts are valued.
- The server's law-enforcement RP is shaped by a competent leader. In addition to improving crime scene management, realistic pursuits, and professional communication, my goal is to elevate the overall RP standard and establish the LSPD as a respected department. Strong law enforcement improves the overall server experience and strikes a better balance against gangs.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I will concentrate on regular training, upholding correct protocols, promoting realistic communication, and establishing a disciplined atmosphere where each officer values high-quality roleplay over hurried situations in order to raise the organization's RP level.
