Leader of Los Santos Police Department.

Additional Information:
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (three reasons with explanation):
2.1 The LSPD is one of the most important organisations. Protecting and serving the city of Los Santos is an extremely important job with high responsibilities, and I feel that in my term, I would try my hardest to form a solid foundation inside of LSPD where everyone understands these duties and responsibilities, no matter the position. This would be one of the key parts in making sure our mistakes as an organisation are minimal, sometimes guidelines need to be more outlined.

2.2 One of the keys to success is teamwork inside all organisations, and a goal of mine would be to further enhance this, we can achieve this by simply involving ourselves more with the people inside of other organisations. Having a good relationship with these people is crucial to accomplish being a good department and the first step of many is to just associate ourselves more with our allies.

2.3 The third and final reason for my application today is because despite being in a very professional environment, we are a family; However, this can only be true if we bring the correct people into our highest-in-command positions. In my term, I would bring in an amazing, driven and active team of High Commands to ensure we function as a team as well as we can.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
3.1 Arguably one of the most important departments in the organisation is Human Resources & Training, so I would definitely begin and focus my improvements there. I think more hands-on, group training sessions with our rookies would definitely enhance the level of Role Play, considering it would be a migration from just the basic training videos that have been used for months. This would make everybody feel more involved and immersed in their roles and in the training activity.

3.2 Also, another focus point for me would be our Public Relations department. This department is the bread and butter to making sure the public eye perceives us in the way they should. So, we would start by actually making our PR events interesting, and appoint genuinely creative people into the department, so that they can think of unique events. This would move some of the department's focus off of "just meeting the targets", and actually make them want to do it for a good RP reason, relating with the public.
