So, basically I have 2 POV which is same continued part, I have posted the whole video of my car getting robbed from inside the HQ of FIB.
The guy who robbed the car was ID 372022. In the starting part I parked my car in FIB parking when there where 2 people with rental cars outside the HQ. One of them blocked the pop-up gates of the HQ when an agent opened. Later other guy came inside kept ramming my car until it was outside the HQ and the green zone. Later after 15 mintues me and my FIB agents found them at the airport. During that ID 503334 kept ramming me and other FIB agents by which the guy stealing the car escaped. After that we killed ID 372022 then he just left the game.

Conclusion:
When I spoke about this whole incident with my FIB agents they said that "Suspect ID will get demorgan for 120min and with prime it would be half also he will remove 1 warning with platinum prime and he will also get money for stealing he car". But for the whole mistake done by them I have to pay $1.500.000 to state for my car which was not a proper car stealing. And curators cannot help me to take the car back they can just punish the suspect. Can curator make that guy give me $1.500.000 and get my car back.
