I would like to sincerely apologise for my recent mistake. I did not mean to call for an admin in an official way or make it seem like I was requesting admin assistance. My intention was simply to call him a family member within the game and have him watch me—not as an admin, but just as a fellow player in the family. I understand how this could have been taken the wrong way, and I take full responsibility for the misunderstanding.
I truly respect the rules and the work the admin team puts in to keep the community fair and enjoyable, and I will be much more careful from now on.
If possible, I kindly ask if there is any chance of reducing the time of my punishment, even if it’s only by a small amount, such as 7 days. The reason I ask is that I don’t want to lose the house I worked very hard to earn and paid a lot for, and I would like to still be able to use my Prime Platinum benefits for a little longer after the ban. I also just purchased a large amount of GC that I was really excited to use for the new battle pass, so being able to access it would mean a lot to me.
I completely understand if the punishment needs to stay as it is, and I respect whatever decision is made. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for everything you do for the server. I truly appreciate your hard work. (The ban has been updated to 14 days, but if I could get any more time off, that would be amazing.)
