Life Story :-
Noelle Silva was born in a small American town which is rather quiet. Her father was a veteran police officer and the mother was a nurse. Since her childhood, Noelle had liked the badge of her father he had the badge of justice, courage, and purpose. She had the desire of serving just like him to be proud of her name. However, life does not usually go according to dreams. Her father was killed when she was 16 during a botched raid; he was betrayed by one of his men who were collaborating with an association of criminals in the area. That night ruined the world of Noelle. She vowed never to be a helpless woman again. She worked harder and learned the system in and out and at the age of 21 she became a member of the LSPD ( Los santos police department). Noelle rapidly came up the ladder. She was an officer with high standards because of her level of intelligence and accuracy, which earned her the respect of her colleagues in the department. However, the system that she used to trust suddenly started to disgust her, witnessing corruption, dirty politics and greed at every turn. This same form of betrayal that murdered her father. That's when she changed. She knew that there was no power in being able to obey the law, but holding it in her hands. The badge was her disguise, her badge of power upon which she could exercise her will. In the back of the kindly, capable policeman she was in the act of spinning her own web - a bargain here, a bribe there, a cover-up at the right price. She said it was in the name of justice but deep inside, Noelle realized it was not because it was justice, but because you once have power there is no going back.
Career Story:
Noelle began his career path in the SAHP with a clean sheet pursuing criminals, upholding the law and keeping the citizens safe. However, as she probed, she discovered that there was no price above each officer. All the rules were violable, as long as you were clever enough to do it without being detected. She started by breaking lesser laws, taking in minor favors by the informants. With age, she turned out to be a silent force in the underworld a ghost in the system. Noelle was called upon in case somebody needed records deleted, misplaced evidence or diverted patrols. Noelle is now dancing on the edge of the law and anarchy. She is a courageous officer to the populace. She is the best contact in law enforcement to those who are allied to her. To her, she is merely getting through a world who has first betrayed her.
Outcomes:-
1) Noelle can make an offer for bribes up to 100k and illegal items by becoming LEO hostage. (With proper RP reasons)
2) Noelle can initiate Jailbreaks using pen drives with viruses in exchange for money [100K maximum].
3) Noelle can refuse to show his id and passport to any citizen or Law binding officer.
4) Noelle can lie/deny about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
