As you can Clearly see in my POV that i was doing my fishing on mirror park and i parked my car and suddenly he started ramming on my car intentionally and when i go there to talk to him he started running from there and if u think that it was a accident for that he should ram one time not two times and after that he haven't stop he escaped that situation.

on the low resolution id is not clearly visible but i changed the resolution to 4K to make it clearly.
