To whom it may concern.
I want to report some very serious issues with two admins on the server. Bawan Broddy (now senior administrator) and Raiky Broddy (ex senior administrator).
From messages that i have, it is very clear that Raiky and Bawan were using their powers very unfairly. Raiky himself addmited that they (Raiky and Zain) told Bawan who to PC Check and who not to, so they can achieve %100 turf.
In the messages its shown that Favouritism was done by Bawan to help certain players
Privacy Risks: PC Checks when used by favouritism is very serious privacy concern, no one would like to get their PC Checked by some reports that are unfair and with hate. This behaviour should be investigated and i can provide more proof when needed. Im speaking on behalf all the poeple that have been stalked or got punished or pc checked jus because someone doesnt like them.
We waited long time and now we will take action (This is not a threat its our right). According to turkish law we can report this game and get our law rights which we of course will do.
TCK Article 243 – Unauthorized Access to a Computer / System
• Accessing or trying to access someone’s PC or data without permission is a crime.
2. TCK Article 136 – Unlawful Obtaining / Sharing of Personal Data
• Accessing, using, or sharing private information without consent is illegal.
3. TCK Article 134 – Violation of Privacy / Private Life
• Targeting someone’s private activities or information without permission is a crime.
4. TCK Article 257 – Abuse of Authority
• Using admin powers unfairly to favor or target players counts as abuse of authority.
