Approved CR + RDM + MK + Bug abuse | 383700 & 466735

They were ramming a car out of the scripted GZ to steal, 466735 was sitting inside and 383700 was ramming the car (CR + bug abuse).
While i was waiting for a admin reply i decided to move closer to catch both ID's of the suspects.
Then 466735 hopped out of the car and decided to RDM me and MK me after.
