Hello,
On 28.06.2025, my account was banned due to a “Security Ban.” I had previously created a post about this issue, and Jonny_Odds responded, instructing me to follow the steps provided. I followed all the instructions carefully, but my ban still hasn’t been lifted.
I am the actual owner of the account, and I had two-factor authentication enabled, so no one other than me could have accessed it. Therefore, I still don’t understand why I received this ban.
I kindly request your assistance regarding this matter. I’m looking forward to being able to log back into the game.
