I hope this message finds you well. Please Read this Apeeal as it took me 4 days to write this trying to explain my situation
My name is Malana Cream (ID: 110295), and I am writing this appeal to respectfully explain the situation that led to my admin blacklist on the EN-3 server .
I first applied for an admin position on March 16th, 2025 through the forums: Application Link. At the time, I had a basic understanding of the rules and was quite nervous about the interview process. But Somehow i Passed the int and joined the Admin Team on March 19th, 2025.
From the Start, I was Always a Over achiever in My activity Completing tasks. Due to my Good activity , I was selected for a Level 2 interview, which I scheduled with one of the curators and completed on March 30th, 2025.
However, After Giving the interview i do not get any update on my interview, In which i was not Fully prepared on the Rules by Numbers, For eg, what GH 1.3 if they ask, That i told the curator. On April 3rd, I was told that I would be given a second opportunity to Give the Level 2 interview. Unfortunately, around that same period, my Mid-Semester University Examinations were scheduled to begin from April 6th to April 14th, so I informed the curators that I would need to temporarily step back due to Mid- Sem exams.
Unexpectedly, due to a clash with other universities' schedules, our exams were postponed on April 6th, 2025. Upon receiving this update, I rushed and reached out to the curators, Explaing them the whole situation about the exams schedule, And I was ready for The interview, cuz i need to complete the check list for the week,. However, I was informed that I had been blacklisted from the Admin Team and Told to submit a formal appeal via the forums.
I tried to Clear thing with the curator that it might be a misunderstanding. Unfortunately, during the conversation, there was a misunderstanding, and my explanation may have been perceived as disrespectful. This led to a ban under GR 5.2 and 5.3, Thats the only time i have been banned from the SV ( till this day i still maintain a Clean history).
I would like to sincerely clarify that I had no intention of being disrespectful or disregarding any rules. I wanted to join the admin team cuz its my nature to help out people, like I was tought how to play GRP by the admins when i came to the city, Like Frost Pluxury, Kevin Balenciaga.
Arj Said I Did not Informed about the exams. And said after few hours But, it was 2 days after, As i explained above in the other appeals i had provided proofs where I Clearly said that i will be joining back after my exams.

----From that day to today ----
Till the day, I tried posting Many Appeals to remove the admin blacklist, but was bieng rejected, Thats when i came to know The Higher ups Need to be trusted, and i just lost the trust factor, Due to a misunderstanding, I Even Tried to Contact Bobby, Floki, Adham and Support curators But got No Response in return
I started from the scartch after the blacklist, I had lack of trust on me so i was unable to take any leadership, it took me 7x Deputies, I was the most active deputies in those 7 terms( approx 7 months), To get the trust of the higher ups, And I was Finally invited for a Gang interview on 2/11/25, And was selected for the leadership on 3/11/25.
During my term Someone NUKED my Term, Like a deputy from (other crime org) Kicked everyone from my gang that was below the rank of Underdeputy. I was soo close to get disbaned, But because of The frinds i made in city, and Respect i have earned Made it Look like nothing happend, Just Got the gang running back withing 6 hrs, And thanks to the curators that Guided me, About the whole situation. Big Shout out to them. And To BAWAN for Trusting me on this Leadership, I hope i have not disappointed him.
And its the Last Week of my term, And I have Tried to give my best, To Families AND RolePlay. I have actively Been reporting the rule breaks on forums since then, Which Made me Fully aware to the rules of, GRP.
i just want to Remove this Blemish that has been Onto me since April, I have achieved all the dreams in GRP like Being a Leader, Earn millions, Buy JDM cars, But there is still one left. Its been so long since i am Admin Blacklisted,
I have been playing grand rp for the past 13 months during i didnt get a single ban / warn and also which I have made friends and created memorable moments. My dream has always been to become a leader and administrator and to earn respect in the server.
I am unaware of the mistake that caused a lack of trust towards, and for that, I sincerely apologize. I am request one final chance to prove myself and regain respect. Please give me this last chance to prove myself
PS. With this appeal i Have No intention TO Disrespect any higher ups, or GRP Server
