2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 - LSPD's main goal is to patrol through the city and catch the wanted ones as well as criminals/people committing crimes. If im accepted as leader i would be supervising all the departments in my term to work professionally and be strict to their work and maintain the decorum throughout the Police Department.
2.2 - Being a trustworthy and respected leader does not mean that we have to come in our department do our OOC work and just go Off duty and not even talk to anyone or have attitude. Once i be a leader of respected organisation, i will be doing all the work efficiently as well as making other people enough strong to handle the department in my absence. being a leader of me is good, bcz i got enough potential to increase the image of our department through out the Los Santos.
2.3 - As a leader i would be taking all the juniors equal as me and dont understand as the lower than me (most of the leaders do). if i be leader , for sure i would be establishing the best enviroment in the department, the poeple who will come to work in the department will have the best month of their life as i would be open minded as well as chill and frank. so which too leads to be the best leader ig.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 - My advice for improving the RolePlay level in my respected organization that we will train the people so smoothly and efficiently , that the newcomers who would be completely new to department can understand all the things easily as i would be creating the best department working so far.

Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) to reach the events first and making/executing plans to win or conquer.
Human Resources & Training (HRT) the pillar of our department, making people train and introducing to our department.

Traffic Enforcement (TE) the most important and to tow cars which are illegaly parked.
