Hello dear admins i recently got banned for Er 1.7 for not having Pov Here you can see that is fully normal kill but its not the thing the problem is i had a problem in my PC which was making my PC restart every 35m-1hour and randomly timing https://imgur.com/a/VLpNT6I ( you can see that my pc got shutdown for no reason error at that time which made my pov get deleted and not saved ) i really want to get another chance to play with my friends and to not lose the GC event If you can just reduce the ban or anything i promise its last time and not happening again after i fixed the problem in PC , Thank you
