1. Leader of National Guard.
2. Why do you want to be a leader of National Guard?
I have served in National Guard for more than 10 months now and had the privilege of working with great leaders. I have adopted alot of leadership skills during the period of time. I have a history of leading others to successful outcomes in a previous terms when I was NG deputy, and I believe I would be the ideal candidate to fill this position. The current general has done all the necessary amendments that were required for National Guard to run smoothly and I wish to carry on with the same ideology.
Following is the list of departments that I will be planning to have in National Guard
1. Recruitment and Retention.
2. SASD.
3. Military Police.
4. Air Force.
5. Homeland Security and Coast Guard Security.
6. QRT(Quick Response Team)/ Suicide Squad.
7. IAA
During the course of my term, I will be focusing on the following projects
1. Recruiting good soldiers on timely basis
2. Maintaining peace and harmony with the org members
3. Arranging event/contest so it doesn't get boring inside gates
4. Regular combat training with other orgs
5. Introducing a small squad focusing on tricky hostage situations alongside FIB (Suicide Squad)
6. Regular Patrol to the North Side of the city (Assisting SAHP on highway patrols).
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. Every Grand RP update does have alot of new things for NG and it keeps going (Bunker, PDA)
2. Involving all orgs to participate in an ammo run (LSPD/SAHP for controlling traffic and keeping the roads clear to avoid convoy been rammed and FIB ready to take a fight if the convoy is attacked.)
3. Coast Guard Security patrolling the beach area of NG.
4. NG does not have a lot of events after subs soo I want to utilize this time where HR department can take the available soldiers for a small camping in the woods where they can share their life experience and get to know each other.
5. Military Police making sure of disciple being followed at all times
6. Following chain of commands going both ways (Listening to HC orders and Respecting every soldier below your rank)
7. I have always loved gate keeping. I will try to stand at gates and interact and bond with people and make it enjoying at gates.
8. Having events like a fake NG raid within LEOS to have more fun and experience during raid cooldowns.(LEOS attacking base and giving chance to NCOs to lead the NG to test their leadership skills)
Most importantly, I will try to share my leadership skills to people for them to grow and become better leaders in near future and keep the org running smoothly.
Like I always said "I may work in many orgs but NG IS ALWAYS HOME"
