Rejected Wrong decision | Hama wolfee

Hi there dear admins
I recently posted an application for the leader of SAHP and it got rejected by Hama wolfee the reason given was punishment history. Firstly I just want to clear that i recently got unbanned from GR 1.1 after a wipe that should not affect my application because i made a mistake almost 3 years ago when i was new but i still proved my innocence so for the mistake i made 3 years ago i should not affect my application.
Secondly i recently received a warn for GH 1.8 because i was in families at that time and our gang took 2 Leos hostage on casino highway according to GH 1.8 we cannot take hostage in city but the hostage we took was on the highway near the casino basically it was some confusion with the city and highway boundaries. Even if it was my mistake it should not affect my leader application because it has nothing to do with this so please i request you guys to re consider my leader application
