2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1. In my times of playing on this server I have held three leadership positions all being on the legal side keeping the street safe from any and all criminals. I want to chang the narrative and try my luck at leading the criminal side. three years of being in legal organizations taught me how to lead events and win them, I plan on bringing my expertise to the criminal side.
2.2. Bloods in general have been strong for a few terms now and I plan on keeping it that way with max numbers at every event, winning any and all events that may occur.
to add, I will implement more RP into the gang side of things as in, implementing new hostage locations outside of the city that we have not seen before.
2.3. I have been deputy in bloods two times and marabunta once, While being deputy I have learned the ins and outs of the criminal life. I have experience as an HC in ballas as well. Bloods has been the backbone of ghetto so I thought now would be the best time to take over the best gang in the city.

1. Doing more RP situations
2. 100% Turfs
3. Dominate ghetto
4. No Favoritism
5. Maintain a respectable chain of command
6. Maintain high activity from start to finish of leadership
7. Have Max spray profits every hour
8. attend all events and win them
9. No abuse of power
