2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation),
-It was my dream to become leader of bloods from beginning of my career on en1 crime even ballas and marabunta was not my dream i did not feel home when i was leading that gangs and bloods has different space in my heart and i like red color so much to be honest
-as a second reason i really not bored from crime work and no one had great experience like me in other applicants as i saw for now so i can do very great work in bloods cause if i can get the leadership it will be the 3rd gang of the state and most of this people likes color of red so im thinking that i can have great term with bloods and keep activity of bloods in high numbers any time
-if i get the leadership ill make great history on bloods and en1 crime history im planning to do 100 percent on turfs i got great team has done 100 percent before ill do 100 easily and everybody will see that people thinks its hard to do 100 percent on en1 and going to en2 en3 for it but i came from en1 and i maintenance en1 and i dont want to play on any other server so ill do my 100 percent on en1
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-ill do the thing that i always do all my curators knows i had great rp system on my other gang leaderships ill hire my old boys from around the server and they will do great hiring process with long term interwiews/trainings we will not accept any drama/conflict around players and then no one will be allowed to do favoritism to other players
