2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
a) when i joined lspd i really like its location and its working method.im in lspd more then any other org.i know that how to run lspd as a leader.
b) I will make sure that there is a very good working environment in lspd and all employees will be excited to work more and more and for that I will be giving them a very good bonus and some promotion for activeness and also for there hardworking nature.im sure that my deputy and hc are hiring people who are really deserved they are, no more favouritism.
c) lspd is located in city that mean we have lot of responsibility to do patrolling, attending event , towing, i sure that in my absence my hc are take care of these things.every citizen come first to lspd for help make sure they dont facing anytype of problem,we always for them.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
a) One of the biggest problems I've seen across many terms and organizations is favoritism. It hurts progress, demoralizes hardworking members, and brings in a culture of unfairness. I've witnessed people lose opportunities simply because someone else was favored. Under my leadership, this will not be tolerated. Every rank will be earned strictly through performance and dedication. Promotions will take place once a week during proper promotion ceremonies, and every decision will be based solely on a member's work, not on personal connections.
b) - attend all events with leos org.
- give batter bonuses to everyone for their working
- units always doing patrolling and towing.
- taking experienced members so they running term even more better.
DEPARTMENTS:
HUMAN RESOURCE AND TRAINING (HRT): Do hiring new people, giving them logs and also training them.
INTERNAL AFFAIRS (IA): Do bodycam checks, Do checks the licenses and also bgc checks.
SPECIAL WEAPON AND TACTICS(SWAT): Going to special events.
PUBLIC RELATIONS (PR): They will do events and will have a good interaction with citizens.
TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT (TE): They will do towing, no more illegal cars parking on roads.
