Reviewed Complaint about Administrator Jason Pluxury – Wrong ban GR 11 | GR 14

Hello,
I would like to appeal my ban.


I received a 60-day ban from Administrator Jason Pluxury for the reason GR 11 | GR 14.


Unfortunately, I do not know the exact situation that caused the punishment. I was playing normally and did not intentionally break any rule.
If I accidentally violated a rule without understanding it, I sincerely apologize.


I kindly ask you to review my case again.
This may be a misunderstanding, and I would be very grateful if the ban could be removed or reduced.
