Dear Administrator, Firstly the POV is starting in the middle of RP situation he was holding a revolver and Assault Rifle and he cut that part so he is clearly deceiving Admins by cutting the POV for his benefit. Secondly it's not PG in the new update when we run to a person and cuff him there is a 3-4 sec time when our character runs even if we don't press the "shift" button.

Admin Should ask for extended POV as the guy seems to violate G.Z. 1.3 if we see the direction from which he is coming as he joined Green Zone while being chased by Cop. No violation by officer. And yeah that's some kind of bug in new update everytime you cuff and drag someone lying on ground, character starts running for few seconds. For reference:

Admin Punished me for Running while Dragging but I don't know why it run because it's some kind of bug after the recent update. Whenever you drag someone who is on ground the player starts running as I said in POV that "why it is running" because I was only pressing W button. I've lot of POVs...
