2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 I want to be leader of Marabunta Grande because i have gained alot of experience and hand-on gangs and enviornment staying with leaders, deputy's and members of the gang, like organizing events, coordinating hostage situations, and manage robberies. These situation help me stay calm and learn more about gangs and leadership styles that an gang can take furthur with an good leader.
2.2 My times in gangs, i often have been High Command leading perticular events and guiding people how to do stuff, my dedication, teamwork have helped me to go furthur and learn. I've supported leaders, handled issues responsibly. With this knowleddge, i believe i'm prepared to lead an perfect term of Marabunta Grande.
2.3 After participating in many gang terms. i've observed common leader mistakes. Like poor communication, week decipline, and mostly favoritism. As an leader, i will aviod this issues by choosing responsible deputies, maintaining fairness, i want to bring stability and strong organization to Marabunta Grande.
3. Your advises for improving Roleplay level in organization.
3.1 No Free ranks or special treatment will be tolerate. Anyone found promoting friends or family unfairly will face strict consequesces.
3.2 I will maintain respectable relationship with other gangs to enable proper teaming in only the events that is required to teamup ( for example, Black Market raid). No ER 1.1 will occur
3.3 I will organize and participate in daily RP activities such as FZ raids, Store robbery, hostage situations, gun store robbery, and other events. i will also make sure that the gang activity is high.
3.4 My goal is to complete my term without warning and maintaining an strong, active organization
