1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
i want to be an administrator because I love being a part of this community and want to help everyone. and keep everything fair and fun for everyone. i have spent a long time doing RP exploring different situations and departments. now i fell like i have experienced enough on the RP side and i want to shift my focus on helping others enjoy the same. becoming an admin gives me the chance to guide all players support their RP growth, maintain fair play and also make the server better experience for everyone and also i am aware of all the rules. i can stay calm under pressure , handle things fairly. as an admin i can use my RP experience to guide players and keep things smooth and better.

3. What are your strengths?
My biggest strength is that i can stay calm in every situation and can handle issues without bias. my communication skill is really good so i can communicate with player, which helps to solve problems faster. i also learn quickly an follow every rules properly, so i can manage responsibilities smoothly. i remain active, responsive and always try to make fair decisions even when the situation involves friends or any known player. i am verry polite and respectful to others. i have strong problem solving skills. i have good memory for remember things for more time
4. What are your weaknesses?
I sometimes take on too many tasks at once because I like to help and be involved. I’m learning to focus on priorities so I can be more effective.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I have strong communication skills quick, problem solving and also a deep understanding of RP rules from my experience in the city. i know how to handle complicated situations calmly and guide player in better. i work well with a team and can coordinate tasks smoothly without creating confusion. i stay active, respond quickly and always aim to take fair and unbiased decisions. overall i can contribute to maintain a supportive and enjoyable RP experience for everyone. i have worked in almost every department and led almost all of them And if i become state curator then with that experience i can give useful suggestions to the leaders how systems should run.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I don’t own or run any business in the city, but i am completely fine with it.

No, I don’t have any issues preventing me from being active right now.
