2. Why do you want to be the leader of this organization?
I want to be FIB leader because I want the RP in the city to feel more real and more fun. I want the FIB to work well with other groups instead of acting separated. And of course, We’ll stick to the server rules so we don’t run into any trouble.
If I become leader, If I get the lead role, I’ll make sure everyone knows their tasks and what’s expected of them. With clear communication and roles, everything will run smoother. I also want to help train people so both new and experienced players can get better.
I’ve been on the server for almost 2 years and I’ve been deputy in many big orgs. I’ve learned a lot about how to run things and I feel ready to take the lead.
I also want to show that you don’t need a big team to do great things. A small, organized group can get a lot done. My goal is to build an FIB that people respect and trust.
How will you improve roleplay within the FIB?
I want to make the FIB a place where RP feels real and fun. I’ll run proper training so agents know how to handle things like store robberies, high-stress events, or other city situations, and can stay professional without making mistakes or breaking character.
I also want the FIB to be welcoming for everyone, whether you’re new or experienced. People will get fair chances to join, and no one will be put into serious roles without proper guidance and practice.
Professionalism is important. If someone isn’t keeping up standards, we’ll handle it quickly and respectfully. With the right training and team discipline, I think we can set a strong example for all police RP on the server.
Being deputy in FIB has been an awesome experience for me. If I get the chance to get the leadership, I’ll keep building a team that’s fair, focused, and runs smoothly while raising the bar for everyone.
