I was arresting this gentleman, when i was stating him his charges at POV timestamps {1:29}, He calls me "Indian scammer" which is a OOC insult in a IC situation. Not once but he does this again at {5:09} in pov. and at the end he says he is going to leave and does F1 at pov {6:53}.
