Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1- I have been in the city for quite a while now and have been part of legal orgs and illegal orgs but more on the gang side and i believe to have the ability to lead a gang now and make the illegal side of the city active as much as i can to make it one of the good terms of marabunta and i always liked the blue side of ghetto
2- For the time i have been in the city i was able to learn how the gang works and understand all the rules to not break them and as a leader i will be able to give fair decision between the members and no one is gonna have a problem with anyone
3- As a leader ranks wont be given randomly and an interview to invite people is gonna be a must so only people who got a good knowledge of the rules join the gang and make people more active in the ghetto with more hostage situations and robberies so the ghetto stays active
-Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
-Organizing Multiple events through the whole term and being active every day will help improve the rp in the org more Store robs , FZ raids , Gun Store robberies and more hostage situations cause they let gangs and leos improve the rp
- I will make sure to have a good team to lead this term so only people who deserve are high commands so the term can end with no problems , If anyone breaks the rules, they will be expelled from the gang and will not be accepted again.
