While reading his rights as I took a criminal to the DOC, I asked if he needed anything, and he said he needed water. While I stopped at a shop to get him what he needed, people I assumed were his mates killed the criminal in my car and sent him to hospital. Later, while I was following the shooters, they both got out of the game.
