I received a permanent ban for “Mining.” However, according to the server rules, the standard punishment for this violation is usually 60 days, not a permanent ban. It has now been approximately 2.5 years since the ban was issued. Because of the significant difference between the standard punishment and the one I received, I believe the penalty may have been given incorrectly or unfairly. For this reason, I kindly request that my case be reviewed and that my permanent ban be reconsidered or replaced with the appropriate punishment according to the rules.
