I would like to reach out to you regarding the ban that was applied to my account for allegedly using cheating programs. I was very surprised by this decision, as I have not used any cheat programs or tools, and I had no intention of violating the server rules in any way.
It is possible that there has been a misunderstanding or a technical error that led to something incorrect being detected. Therefore, I kindly request that you review the account records to confirm the reason for the ban.
I am always keen to abide by the rules and respect the gaming community, and I would be happy for the opportunity to return to playing normally.
