I don't have any other accounts. The account I'm referring to here is one that was banned on 09/25/2023, but three days before that, my account was first banned for GR 5.3 and then for GR 1.4. Normally, my 7-day ban became permanent, but what I don't understand is that I don't have a twink account at all. I only have one account. (ID: 118618). I am requesting an explanation from you. Please ensure that the permanent ban is applied to the non-existent second account. I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken and that this be reviewed.
