Life Story:
Talha Hellburn was born into a mediocre family. Talha grew up with comfort not too rich, but never lacking anything important or necessary. He was naturally curious, calm, and always deeply interested in how things worked around him. As a child, he always see his father work on the traffic department to fulfill the dream of him. His loving family supported him evetime and on everything which he love to do, hoping he would bring pride and honor to their family name. Life was simple and peaceful, and Talha never imagined how quickly everything could change in ways he never expected.
Career Story:
Talha was use to work hard and no one recognized his hard was and not getting and promotions due to this talha use to be much dedicated on his work. One day when they are in a meeting he saw an officer was doing corruption and he caught that officer on that moment by this the officer gave him some money to leave him. Talha asked him can i join with you and he started giving some info about the organization to the other organizations and started to misuse his powers. And later that officer got retired and now talha took an in charge and use to deal with everyone and use to maintain a good contacts with everyone. And he became an corrupt officer in the organization. And later he purchased a good house for his mom and dad.
Outcomes:
- Talha can sell information to criminals, individuals, or criminal organizations (100k bribe or guns and ammo).
- Talha can use/sell/buy illegal weapons and drug's from black market (while on/off duty and no ORG weapons included).
- Talha can do illegal activities like robing and killing with family and friends due to his past experience. (While GH 1.8 keeping in mind.)
- Talha can destroy bodycams [using /try command for 2x / situation]
- Talha can take bribes, but cannot take bribe to be a hostage (up to $100k)
- Talha can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also help them in escaping.
- Talha might want to keep his privacy when doing corrupt activities. There for he might refuse to show his ID when people ask for it.
- Talha can lie about requesting a lawyer and can deny the right to an attorney.
- Talha can break IC laws and skip state inspection.
- Talha carries duct tape in his backpack and can use it to stop individuals in his custody from talking (/try applies duct tape on the mouth - 2X / situation)
