• LifeInvader has been a fertile ground for innovation and creativity, and I'll be proud to be part of it. As December 2025 nears, my leadership focus and our collective effort can drive my pursuit in leading LifeInvader and its capacity to act as a thriving community for the citizens of Los Santos.
  
  
• Though I did not directly work with everyone, I've come to gain a profound insight of LifeInvader's issues and potential pitfalls in the foreseeable future. Asking questions definitely permits me to launch right out at the unknown, going after strategic aims, and ensuring the long-term stance of the organization.
  
  
• LifeInvader is a constant source of inspiration for me. Each department possesses its unique character, and I would love to be the one introducing them to the world of change with mindfulness as the main value to make work better. I want to create an atmosphere and environment that are exciting and based on fun, competition in a positive way, holding interviews with state organizations, and running events that enhance cooperation among employees. In addition to it, I will focus on employee well-being, creating a respectful and friendly environment with private team events and regular bonuses. With this work, I hope to make LifeInvader an even better place to work while amplifying the impact of our work

2. Your advice on improving the roleplay level in the organization.

• Department of Creativity:
  The Creative Department is sometimes the pulse of Lifeinvader, yet it is not working at its highest potential. To boost creativity and productivity, I am planning to have two fun events every week, maximizing participation and enthusiasm. Furthermore, I will encourage professionalism and quickness in dealing with tickets so that everyone has a smooth experience.
  
  
• Department of Ads:
  The ads department is my primary focus for the night shift, as that time is often ignored for ad editing. To solve this situation, I will arrange that my High Command team will be on during the late hours, making our PDA effective and correct. Thus, I will run the Ads Department at its finest by having a very well organized, responsive team.
  
  
• Department of Journalism:
  By force, I will make my reporters build and maintain contacts with the most prominent sources so that they can uncover the stories no one else could and make the city very well-informed. Developing the relationships with informants is what will lead to the success of the journalism department. Additionally, I will be the one ensuring our reporters have the closest relationships with both government and criminal organizations so as to always be the first ones to report breaking news, which adds value and significance to their writing.
  
  
• The Vision for LifeInvader:
  Since LifeInvader is the key that opens the gate to the media world in Los Santos, it is a place where news, stories, and advertisements meet. Our mission will be to raise the unheard voices, narrate the city’s the tales, and solidify LifeInvader’s position as the most powerful media operator in the city Los Santos.
