During this body camera the officer under the ID 424415 says attempts to chase someone, his friend who is in a VC with him continues to chase the suspect, Then you can hear ID 424415 say 'where are you' 'where are you' constantly in no RP radio or speaking to anyone, he then proceeds to speed off saying 'im zooming' to the precise location of the suspect and eventually arrests the suspect.
