Ban Appeal – Mertiano_Cruz – GR 3.1 + Racism (Duration Review & Property Days Inquiry)

According to the rules, the punishment for GR 3.1 is a 180-minute mute or up to a 7-day ban. I already received the 7-day ban for that, and then I also got an additional 7-day ban for “racism,” which I did not commit. I would like to request a review of this misunderstanding.
Also, since I am currently banned, I don't understand how I can check how many days are left before my house gets deleted or evicted or put in auction by goverment.Because i payed 14 days and they ban me 14 days and I cannot access the information in-game because i am banned i have still 5 days ban, and I would appreciate guidance on how to see the remaining days of my property while banned.

To avoid losing my house due to this situation, I kindly request a 1-day reduction of my ban so that I can enter the game and pay or check my property in time.Please admin.
