I was just passing by and saw that these 4 guys from BLOOD gang just killed a guy. I told them that this area was not ghetto anymore after the newly released ghetto rule. They didn't do any kind of RP before killing me. In my bodycam you can clearly see that the area they killed me in is not ghetto anymore as I made the ghetto map myself as soon as the new rule was released.
