1st Reason: My Background and Experience
I have been in LI for almost 8–9 terms. I started as an Ads Trainee and gradually grind my way up to HOD of Ads. After reaching that position, I gave my best to the department and learned a lot about its operations.
Along with that, I also gained experience in two more departments Creative and Journalism through double-hat. In short, over these terms I have learned the work and rules of all LI departments, which has helped me understand the challenges in each department and possible ways to fix them.
Moreover, I have served as the Highest Command in other organizations in the city, such as State and Crime. In the State organization, I mainly worked in HR, and through my roles in HR and Training department across different organizations, I have become a specialist in that field with experience.
By working in these organizations, I have developed skills such as managing a department, resolving conflicts among employees, and improving the organizational environment.
2nd Reason: My Vision for Life InvaderAlong with that, I also gained experience in two more departments Creative and Journalism through double-hat. My vision for LI has to be improved more better with maintain the systems already existing. So, from a being the top in the city organization, it should be one where citizens want to join for other departments apart from Ads. I also want to make the Creative and Journalism departments so interesting that people would be motivated to join those departments as well. Plus, I want to create a comfortable environment to work and relaxation, thereby transforming LI into a comfortable workplace for its employees. With these fulfilled, LI will be the place everyone recommends.
3rd Reason: Why Me as Life Invader Leader?
The reason I should lead LI is that I am a visionary leader whose goal is to take LI to the top. I have worked in every LI department and gained experience, which helps a leader make better decisions and drive organizational improvement.
As an HC, I observed each department’s shortcomings and developed plans to fix them, but those ideas are difficult to implement from a single department HC. If I become leader, I will do my best to fix those flaws.
Some applicants are from former leaders in application, so why choose me? Although I am relatively new, I learned how to lead by working under many leaders and HCs, and I have been grinding for the last four to five terms to gain the experience needed to lead. Over that time I have learned what the organization needs to improve, how to strengthen departments, and what the current situation requires to run a successful term.
A newcomer leader brings fresh interest and strong motivation that former leaders may not have that much. My strengths as a newcomer leader include strong leadership, keen observation, and a working knowledge of all departments. These skills, together with my vision, plan, and dedication, make me well suited to represent LI as CEO.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
We have a total of 4 departments in our LI which can be improved. For example: -

Ads Department:
This ads department is the most important department of LI in which citizens are more interested to join. Now there are some shortcomings of this department which are: -
Recently employees cannot do ads well, most of the ads have mistakes, then most of the PDA flood employees are not there for help. For which reasons citizens criticize the department and organization. What can be done to solve these problems is - employees hiring for different time zone then ensure that employees are getting good training and give proper punishment for ads mistake which will reduce the ratio of mistakes and the department will not have to face the criticism.

Human Resource Department:
Human resource department is important for the organization because training is provided from here. The problems here are: - those who are becoming HR are coming to the department without proper knowledge or experience, due to which the trainees do not get proper training. Because currently how we take HR in the department its not the good system anymore. For which it is a problem to get good HR. What can be done to fix these problems is: - a test system can be introduced for those who are becoming HR in the HR department, from which it will be easy to identify how much knowledge or experience they have gained on the work of the department. After that, after becoming HR, proper instruction and training should be given from the higher command about the work of HR so that they can provide proper training to the trainees.
Journalism Department:
The main work of the journalism department is to cover news, create articles and conduct interviews in the city. But the problems in the department are: - citizens are not interested in joining this department, employees do not want to do the work of the department properly. Therefore, to improve the department, an interesting system needs to be introduced, employees need to be given proper instructions and training regarding their work, which increases their interest in working in that department and keeps the employee in the department.
Creative Department:
This department is very important for LI because it organizes events on a regular basis for citizens or organizations and provides many types of services. Like: - event hosting, birthday wishes, business promotion. This department is a little different and interesting where employees can show their creativity by working. But there are some shortcomings in the department which can be improved to make the department more interesting and better. So the problems are: - lack of proper promotion system due to which employees become demotivated after joining and working for a few days and quit working, lack of proper training etc. To fix these problems, a proper promotion system has to be created. Through which employees do not face any problem. Then actively give work on a daily basis so that they are engaged with the department.
So, finally, if I am selected as leader, my main priorities will be: - fix and improve the problems of departments and organizations through which the organization can play a better role in the organization and at the end LI can be made more strong, attractive, effective and interesting among the citizens.
