Dear Grand RP Administration Team,
I am writing with sincerity and urgency regarding the permanent security ban placed on my Grand RP account (ID: 182682). I kindly request that you please take a moment to review my situation, as I genuinely believe this ban resulted from circumstances beyond my control.
For the last two weeks, I have not been active in the city at all due to a very demanding period at my workplace. During this same time, I suffered a serious security breach my LinkedIn account was hacked, and I suddenly lost access to it. Because of this incident, I have strong reason to believe that my Grand RP account may also have been compromised.
A few days ago, when I attempted to log in after my long inactivity, I was shocked to see a punishment for RDM / GR3.1. I was confused because since September, I have not committed any RDM, CR, or any rule violation whatsoever. I have always tried to follow the rules and maintain a clean record. The message showed that the ban would expire in three days, so I patiently waited, believing everything would return to normal.
However, before I even had the chance to log in again, I suddenly received a permanent security ban yesterday and I was at my office the entire day, and I had not even touched my PC or gaming setup. This confirmed my fear that someone else might have accessed my account without my knowledge or hacked.
I want to make it absolutely clear that I have never intentionally broken city rules, especially not through actions like RDM, which I strongly avoid. I have always enjoyed Grand RP for its realism and roleplay quality, and I have put a lot of time and sincerity into my presence in the city. It is heartbreaking for me to face a permanent ban for something I did not do especially if it happened while my account was likely compromised.
I humbly request the administration to please reconsider my case. I am more than willing to provide any evidence, verification, or additional information needed to prove my innocence and secure my account. I truly value this community, and it means a lot to me to be able to return and continue playing fairly.
