[Panda Pluxury]

These Bloods members were taken hostage, and during the situation we shot one of the suspects down. I initially approached him to make the arrest, but then decided to provide cover for my officers who were positioned on the roof, as the situation was still active.

After giving cover and returning to arrest the downed suspect, he intentionally left the game to avoid being taken into custody and processed.
