at first teach your family members about basic server rules , everyday they gets punishment for breaking server rules & do mass targeting with other families for which many for ur members got punished earlier and also recently some of ur members got warn from admin not to target other families . how even you guys dream to get un-off with these people's who even dont care about server rules . a small list of ur peoples rule breaks :
