Dear higher ups,
Yesterday I reported player ID 455392 for mass toxicity and provoking. He did get punished, but I’m gonna be honest. I don’t feel the punishment was enough. He only received a mute, and that just feels way too small for the level of toxicity he keeps showing.
Because of his nonstop trash talk and constant provoking, I reacted and ended up getting banned for 3 days. I’m not asking for an UNBAN. I know rule breaks are our own decisions. But at the same time, there has to be a limit to what someone can repeatedly do to others without getting real consequences.
I sent 7 POV clips as proof of him constantly provoking me. And I’m clearly not the only one he has done this to many other players too. Just last night, he got punished again for toxicity on the server.

And the baiting/deceiving stuff I mentioned. This wasn’t even the first time. He tried it with other players too, and admins literally had to warn him to stop. The admin curator Mohamed even confirmed that he was baiting. This person baits on purpose to make players rule break so he can report them.

I did fall for his bait, and I own that, 100%. But muting him clearly isn’t stopping anything. He just keeps doing the same toxic stuff even after warnings and punishments, and it’s honestly ruining the server vibe. This level of toxicity almost every day is just draining at this point, and it’s killing the actual fun.
I’m not arguing about what happened to me. I just want the punishment on someone who constantly ruins other people’s experience with toxicity and provoking.
