2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
- The work I did with LifeInvader in many terms gave me experience in Ads, News & the Creative Department.
- I started as an Ads Intern & grew through the system & this gave me clear knowledge of how each part works. It gives me confidence to guide the team & support creativity across Los Santos.
- I Will engage with citizens each day & build a positive link between LifeInvader & the community. The goal is to improve communication & create chances for teamwork & make sure the public feels heard & supported.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Encourage collaboration across departments & with other city organisations
- We want LifeInvader to work closely inside the team & with other leaders in Los Santos. These actions let our News Team join major events like court cases, raids or press talks & this adds more depth to RP.
Create a shared communication channel for PR teams city wide
- It will let PR teams plan events together & stop clashes & make teamwork easier & open the door for more joint RP moments.
Increase the frequency of our Talent Show or alternate it with a Game Show
- They asked for more fun events in the city & a weekly Talent Show on Friday or Saturday will bring more people & boost community spirit.
It will also help if a Game Show runs on the week the Talent Show does not happen.
