Explanation of the situation -:
yesterday i posted forum on director of FIB who is now general of NG for LR 3.3 + GR 6.4 + Provoking + Fail RP, Because there was a situation where our undersheriff ( deputy ) got arrested by an fib agent for driving on the wrong way of the highway even though my undersheriff showed him the ID that he is undersheriff still the fib agent detained him and took him to the DOC, and while the agent showed us the bodycam it was clearly visible that he detained the undersheriff unlawfully so i cuffed the fib agent for un lawful detention (fib director was present there and was watching the whole bodycam) queen maryam knew it yet asked for release of his officer but the legislation says that decision is on arresting officer to release or proceed. and even in the forum that got rejected its in the bodycam that the arresting officer did professional misconduct infront of the director of fib and whole public yet dia asked for release and was saying not guilty, not guilty for this the situation turned into a code-B situation.
How Leader/Director did toxicity and behaved inappropriately and not get punished
During the whole situation the director did alot of toxicity, like saying " Fuck yourself " to a leo (me) infront of whole sahp, FIB, GOV
as well as told the whole fib to point gun on me (Stun Gun) 3,4 people were pointing gun at me including Queen Maryam and threatened me to release otherwise they will tase me, even after saying fuck yourself to me she started provoking me that " Arrest me arrest me now u want to arrest ? arrest me now then " telling me to delete the evidence/bodycam, saying not guilty even after seeing the bodycam herself after this whole situation i want to ask some questions. -
- Can a leader point guns at me infront of the whole organisation?
- Can a leader say "fuck yourself" to a LEO infront
- Can a Leader say that "delete evidence, delete bodycam/proof|
Why application got rejected
so firstly, i got accused of decieving because i gave only the half situation, the main reason for giving the half of the situation is to report the director for OOC issues not ic issues and the other bodycam is whole IC so why should i waste your time for no reason by giving a bodycam which is not breaking any rules, i only posted the bodycam where the ooc rule breaks started taking place.
And one more thing he said "there were two admins over there, and they told you to stop" yes i agree that there were 2 admins but i really wasnt satisfied with the answers of the admins ( Will explain later on) that is why i was continuing the RP rather than stopping it, the situation was an IC issue so admins cannot interfere with that or force us into stopping that is why i was doing the proper rp.
Reasons of rejection and why i was not satisfied with the answer of the admins. & How Sinister is wrong about the legislation part.
so the first thing i would like to say that the reason the sinister rejected the forum is all IC, like i reported leader for toxicity and i dont know why sinister is rejecting the forum with IC issues like deputy cant break rules of ic, what is unlawful detention and many more rather than explaining why toxicity is not being taken place and why the leader of fib pointed guns at me and it was acceptable.
As well as rexy started telling me wrong things like " Unlawful Detention " Charges can only be given by the judges which was totally wrong as i have been judge earlier so i know
Reaons what sinister gave -:
1. Being a deputy of the org gives you privilege as a first person as per legislation (but that doesn't mean he can break the law).
i completely agree with what sinister stated right here but there is a complete procedure to arrest a first person aka deputy of the state you cannot cuff a first person and take him to DOC even if the deputy showed you the ID that he is the first person.
2. He was detained for driving the wrong side of the road, not arrested, so that's not unlawful detention. But you still arrested the officer for doing his job, where is the unlawful detain here? it seems to me you still went ahead to satisfy your ego.
this is where sinister is wrong, as it states already " He was detained for driving the wrong side of the road, not arrested" that is unlawful detention, detention means cuffing someone and depriving of their freedom not arresting someone and putting them behind the bars, and sinister even said " still you arrested the officer for doing his job ", well i didnt arrest him i just detained him by cuffing, i wanted to arrest him just the leader didnt let me do it. i think i was doing my job aswell? i dont think i went ahead to satisfy my ego.
3. The admins clearly explain to you what the procedure is and do not involve the admins in an IC situation.
i agree that involving admins in an IC situation is wrong. but as i already told that the procedure the admins told were wrong as per the legislation i have been a judge before so i know what is wrong and what is not, thats why i continued the RP
4. Leaders have the right to decline your request if the lawyer or judge is not available, and only they can ask him to fire him.
i dont think so that its true because the deputy showed id and yet got detained director knew it as she saw the bodycam herself still she asked for the release of the fib agent ( i will be attaching full bodycam as well) where as the legislation says that the decision is on the arresting officer to whether release or arrest and i was the arresting officer here and they didnt respect my decision. and the thing that lawyer can ask him to fire him is wrong.

i request the higher ups to please read the information i have written as this was not written by any AI nor i have taken refrences from the ai, i wrote this all myself and spent hours writing this all explanation so that it would be easy for the higher ups to take decision clearly so please read the above carefully
