According to the latest update , the circum shotgun is restricted in many events and i think its should not be allowed in clands also. However ,in the both POV'S, Vagos members are using circum during a clands event. I would like to req clarification on this : If circum is restricted for events, Then how are they allowed to use it in clands? We just want to ensure that all families and organization follow the same rules. And to verify this properly , I have also requested POV from the involved player.
