Hello lebron I'm writing again to reply to your message. I did read the rules.

They state that any use of software, which isn't my case (I simply refused a verification and received a 60-day ban), is prohibited. Nothing in the rules mentions a permanent ban.

So the rules haven't been followed in my case. I just wanted to play peacefully with my friends, and now I'm permanently banned.
